In order to participate in an auction, the first step is to register. Then you must find an auction you would like to participate in. If the auction you pick is one of our "Buy It Now" auctions, simply click the "Show Price" button to reveal the price of the item. If you like the price, you can then buy the auction. If you pick one of our "Lowest Unique Bid" auctions, you must click the "Place Bid" button and then place a bid(s) and become the lowest unique bidder to win. Participating in any auction requires the use of account credits. The "click cost" will be specified on each auction. We can only deliver items to the countries specified in the registration section of the site. If you are not from one of these countries, we strongly advise against signing up to use our services as we will not be able to deliver any purchased items to your home address. We are always trying to expand our services to be available to as many people as possible, so we advise that you periodically check back to see if your country has become eligible for item deliveries.

Account credits can be used to view the price of items and place bids on items only. They cannot be used to purchase items, either as part-payment or full-payment. If you decide to purchase an item, you must pay via our fully secure and trusted payment methods.

Once you have checked the price of an item, you have 60 seconds to decide whether to purchase it. During this time, that particular item becomes unavailable for other users to check the price. If the timer reaches zero, you will lose the right to purchase the item at the stated price and must return to the auction to re-check the price of the item if you wish to make the purchase.

Simply click the 'Buy now' button and we will send you details of how to complete the payment via e-mail. We will also post details of your purchase in your 'Account history' section. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to happen. Once you have received these details and paid the amount required, we will immediately arrange for one of our suppliers to ship the item.

Important: If payment for your purchased product is not made within 1 week, then we will cancel your order and you will lose the right to purchase it.

No, everything is brand new and comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty. Furthermore, we only want to bring you the latest and most exciting products, so none of our stock will be clearance models.

New items are continuously listed. Our Buy It Now auctions close as soon as a user decides to buy the item. Our Lowest Unique Bid auctions close when the minimum bids required have been placed and there is a current lowest unique bidder. If in the extremely unlikely event there is no current lowest unique bidder when the minimum number of bids required has been placed, the auction will stay open for another 100 bids to find a winner. There is also a 'Bid Gauge' on each Lowest Unique Bid auction to show how far off the auction is from closing. When the bar is full, the auction will end. If you hover your mouse over this bar it will also tell you how many bids are needed in total to close the auction.

For a particular item, there may be several parallel auctions ongoing which operate completely independently of each other. More often than not, each auction will be a different format (Buy it Now, £10 Acution or Lowest Unique Bid). This system is in place to give you the chance of finding the best deal on your desired product. Please note, if any one auction ends, the other auctions remain unaffected.

Some auctions are clearly marked as ‘£10 auctions’. These work on the same format as the Buy It Now auctions except for the fact that the item can only be purchased once the price drops below £10. These types of auction will be marked with the adjacent symbol. The 'time limit' feature found on other auctions will only become active on a £10 auction once the price drops below £10.

The number of credits it costs to bid/view the price on an item varies depending on the product, and this is clearly stated on the auction panel for each item. On most of our Lowest Unique Bid auctions it costs only 1 credit to place a bid which is equivalent to 10p, making us the UK's cheapest Lowest Unique Bid site!

You can pay for your items via PayPal. This is an extremely safe and secure method of payment and allows you to pay with all major credit and debit cards. 

The delivery charge is clearly stated on each items page underneath the items initial description. This price covers shipping costs to any of the countries you will find upon registering to the site, and also covers all administrative costs involved in shipping the item.

Items are normally delivered within 21 days. In rare cases there may be delays from the product manufacturer that prevents us from delivering the item within 21 days. In such cases, we will notify the customer of any delay and explain why this has occurred. All items are delivered by courier, to the address specified in the customer’s account.

No, all items are sent directly from our suppliers.

No. It is not possible to sell your items here. We only retail brand new items, directly from suppliers. Furthermore, we aim to bring you the latest and most exciting products at a fraction of the prices found on the high street.

No, there is no limit. You can place as many bids as you like on any one auction.

It is only valid for new users purchasing their first credit pack, and only purchased credits will be returned (e.g bonus and sign up credits are not inlcuded).
The offer can only be redeemed once you have used all of your credits.
You can not claim back any of your credits if you have won any of our auctions .
If you are winning any of our lowest unique bid auctions (by having the current lowest unique bid on any auction) at the time of running out of credits, there is still a posibility you could win that auction. Because of this, you must wait until someone else becomes the lowest unqie bid on that auction before you can redeem the offer.
You must wait at least one full week after the date of the purchase of credits before you can redeem the offer (e.g if you buy credits on a Friday, you must wait until midnight of the following Friday has passed before redeeming the offer).
