What services do you offer?

We offer high-tech and luxury merchandise via reverse auction methodology. We are committed to bringing you the most popular and exciting products at prices that cannot be found on the high street or anywhere else on the internet.

How do I participate?

In order to participate in an auction, the first step is to register and then use one of your account credits to check the price of the item. This can be done on any of the ongoing current auctions. Simply click on the item you are interested in and the hidden price will be revealed. When you like the price, buy the item! On the registration page, my country is not listed. Can I still sign up and participate in auctions? 

We can only deliver items to the countries specified in the registration section of the site. If you are not from one of these countries, we strongly advise against signing up to use our services as we will not be able to deliver any purchased items to your home address. We are always trying to expand our services to be available to as many people as possible, so we advise that you periodically check back to see if your country has become eligible for item deliveries.

How can I use my account credits?

Account credits can be used to view the price of items only. They cannot be used to purchase items, either as part-payment or full-payment. If you decide to purchase an item, you must pay via our fully secure and trusted payment methods.

When I check the price of an item, there is a time-limit for me to decide whether to purchase the item. What happens when the time runs out?

Once you have checked the price of an item, you have 60 seconds to decide whether to purchase it. During this time, that particular item becomes unavailable for other users to check the price. If the timer reaches zero, you will lose the right to purchase the item at the stated price and must return to the auction to re-check the price of the item if you wish to make the purchase.

I have checked the price of an item and I would like to purchase it at the price stated. What should I do?

Simply click the 'Buy now' button and we will send you details of how to complete the payment via e-mail. We will also post details of your purchase in your 'Account history' section. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to happen. Once you have received these details and paid the amount required, we will immediately arrange for one of our suppliers to ship the item.

Important: If payment for your purchased product is not made within 1 week, then we will cancel your order and you will lose the right to purchase it. We will always remind you via e-mail or telephone before this is due to happen.

Are any auctioned items second-hand or clearance stock?

No, everything is brand new and comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty. Furthermore, we only want to bring you the latest and most exciting products, so none of our stock will be clearance models.

When do the auctions start and when do they finish?

New items are continuously listed. Auctions only close when a user decides to purchase that particular item. Typically, when one item is sold, a replica item is immediately uploaded in it’s place, and the auction begins again at the item’s start price.

For a given product, why are there several auctions running at the same time?

For a particular item, there may be several parallel auctions ongoing which operate completely independently of each other. This means that the ‘current-price’ can vary dramatically for each lot, depending on how many users have checked the price of each particular one. This system is in place to give you the chance of finding the best deal. Please note, if any one auction ends, the other auctions remain unaffected.

What are ‘£10 auctions’?
 £10 Auction

Some auctions are clearly marked as ‘£10 auctions’. For these auctions, the item can only be purchased once the price reaches £10.00 or less. These types of auction will be marked with the adjacent symbol. The 'time limit' feature found on other auctions will only become active on a £10 auction once the price reaches £10 or lower.

How much does it cost to view the price of an item?

The number of credits it costs to view the price of an item varies depending on the product, and this is clearly stated on the auction page for each item.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can pay for your items via PayPal. This is an extremely safe and secure method of payment and allows you to pay with all major credit and debit cards. 

What is the delivery cost for the item I have purchased?

The delivery charge is clearly stated on each items page underneath the items initial description. This price covers shipping costs to any of the countries you will find upon registering to the site, and also covers all administrative costs involved in shipping the item.

What is the estimated delivery time for the items on auction?

Items are normally delivered within 21 days. In rare cases there may be delays from the product manufacturer that prevents us from delivering the item within 21 days. In such cases, we will notify the customer of any delay and explain why this has occurred. All items are delivered by courier, to the address specified in the customer’s account.

Can I personally collect my purchased items?

No, all items are sent directly from our suppliers.

Can I auction my own items?

No. It is not possible to sell your items here. We only retail brand new items, directly from suppliers. Furthermore, we aim to bring you the latest and most exciting products at a fraction of the prices found on the high street.
