Here’s how we make your dream holiday happen seamlessly and stress-free! When the auction is won, Spree4 will contact the customer to arrange payment for the agreed price. Once the payment has been received, Spree4 will obtain all necessary information from you, such as your preferred date of travel plus all necessary personal information of travellers. The preferred date of travel must be selected between the months of March–September. Please note that the holiday advertised is for 2 adults only. The chosen date of travel selected by the customer is subject to availability of flights and accommodation at the advertised hotel. If the preferred date of travel is not available for reasons such as; flights from the preferred airport are not available over the selected dates, or that the Hotel has no availability on the preferred dates, then the customer will be asked to choose another date to travel. Spree4 will offer the customer a choice of travelling from available UK-based airports. Additional transport that may be required to or from any airport is to be organised by the buyer. Spree4 will arrange only the flights (including taxes and 1 item of hold luggage per person) and the hotel, and will not make any other travel arrangements. Spree4 will only use personal information solely for the purpose of booking the holiday, and will not use or share personal information with any third party for any other purpose. Once all necessary information has been obtained, Spree4 will liaise closely with the customer in order to book the holiday with an ATOL protected agent. All information regarding the booking will be provided to the customer and once the initial booking has been made, it then becomes the responsibility of the customer to liaise with the travel agent regarding alterations in bookings, cancellations etc. Before participating in this auction... It is the responsibility of the travelers to arrange appropriate travel insurance. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the customer and persons travelling to make sure that all persons travelling have such right to do so before participating in the auction or the balance of the holiday is paid.
